Joshua's First Swarm Removal

deWayne stops to check out some honeybees in the highway.

deWayne grabs a nuc box from out of the honeywagon,
and the honeybees began to march inside.

Our grandson, Joshua, who is two, gets out of the honeywagon to help Papa "D" remove the bees from the highway.

A hive tool nudges the honeybees along...
they have no home to protect, and are very gentle.

Joshua grabs Nae-Nae's hood, just in case.

Joshua goes back to the honeywagon for another frame.

Papa "D" assures Joshua that we have enough frames!

Papa "D" points out the Queen Bee to Joshua.

Joshua is such a good little helper!

With the job completed, deWayne double checks
to see if he can locate the honeybee's original home.
