"What Does Madrac's, The Vintage Bee, & Catholic Church Have In Common?"

The farm is managed by Guerry & Melissa Reagan

Melissa performing a demonstration in the Catholic Church's kitchen after our lectures.

Melissa shows bruised peach, and encourages others not to toss them out, but use them by removing bruised spot.

Melissa boils peaches in water for approximately 30-60 seconds, which helps remove the peeling.

Melissa removes the peaches from the stovetop and places peaches into a bowl of ice water for a few seconds.

Let the peeling process begin!

And now it's time to share these sweet treats covered in THE VINTAGE BEE'S HONEY!

Perishoners wait in line for their opportunity to purchase these lovely goodies from MADRAC'S and THE VINTAGE BEE COMPANY.
